Your body loses water through
metabolic activities during the night, while asleep. Take at least 25cl of
water to keep your Kidney and Liver Healthy. Note: First thing in the morning is for you to drink a glass of
water.
8:30 am
Every morning, from your bed to
office, working against time, your tension rises, your system continues to
dehydrate. Arriving at work, take at least 25cl of water or more to replenish
your system. Note: Take a glass of
water first because it will always refresh you. After that you can take any
other liquids like coffee, tea etc.
11:00 am
After early morning rush hour at
work, take a little time off, move around and release your tension with a glass
of water. Note: If you are tensed
up, a glass of water will relax your nerves.
1:30 pm
30 minutes after lunch will be a
preferable time to drink another glass of water, which is a sure way to aid
digestion.
3:00 pm
One glass of water intake under a
sunny day refreshes your system and revitalizes you.
Note: Take water to stay healthy and fresh.
6:30 pm
Before dinner, take a glass of
water. This will reduce your appetite and reduces your tendency of over eating.
Note: A glass of water fills your stomach so you can eat less.
9:30 pm
Take a glass of water at least an
hour or two before you go to bed. By so doing you already have over 2 liters of
healthy drinking for the day. Be careful not to drink too much water at night
for a good night rest.
