Boko Haram plans to attack Abuja with petrol tankers – Official

The Coordinator of the National Information Center, Mike Omeri stated this to journalists in Abuja..

"The Nigerian Government on Wednesday said the insurgents, suspected to be members f the Boko Haram, plan to attack The Nigerian capital Abuja with petrol tankers loaded with improvised explosive devices, IEDs"

He further stated that:

" The Boko Haram have carried out several atacks in the Nigerian capital, killing scores of people; including the twin bomb blast in April in Nyanya, on the outskirts of Abuja.
