Thats how a 40 years old classy woman should look like, talking about Kate Henshaw...Kate Henshaw of recent starting her own private gym and lesson on how to maintain your body even at old age and it has been fetching her some good income excluding her movie role as an actress. Early this morning she went out on a 7 km jugging with her co-star and actress Ini Edo for some exercise.
Ms Henshaw who is very proud of her 'Fit4Life' crusade stated that she has made 7km run this morning with Ini Edo, while most people were still on bed using the rain as an excuse to not exercise their body.
